Required Skills:
Single point responsibility for the coordination & monitoring of the project as per the project goals and objectives and as per the set parameters of time/cost/quality/safety/ compliance.
Should act as the interface between On-site Project team and HO departments.
Single point for client correspondence behalf of project manager.
Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
Understand the Schedule received by PPC team and make sure that each internal Stakeholder (PM/AMP/DPM/Site Engineers/supervisor) must have access to the schedule.
Communicating all the updates and information released by PCC/Engineering/Purchase/other HO Departments to the project team to the required segment.
Assisting with resource scheduling. Track the indent raised as per lead time provided by Purchase team of the respective project.
Prepare and maintain Document log, Request Log, and Change Log throughout the project.
Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, and schedule or scope statement.
Ensure that the weekly project progress must be submitted to PPC by 11:59 PM each Friday keeping concerned Project Director in CC.
Assist the PPC team with updated Project Progress related information for Weekly/Monthly Progress meetings to be held at HO.
Coordinate a variety of project management tasks such as billing and bookkeeping.
Collecting data & converting it into MIS and circulating it to all the stakeholders.
Coordinating with the site team and Engineering for design deliverables.
Ensure the uploading of DPRs on the portal with the help of the engineering team.
Preparing project requirements and arranging resources with the help of the Project Manager.
Preparing project-related documents.
Having at least 3 years of experience from a Water supply background. Candidates having experience in coordination of various infrastructures works of drainage/sewerage/water supply/reservoirs with excellent knowledge of finishing works etc. Roles and Responsibilities
