Job Description
APPWRK IT Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the successful delivery of IT projects by coordinating various project activities, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining effective communication among stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring IT projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Resource Management: Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities and deliverables.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or disruptions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations by conducting thorough reviews and testing.
- Budget Monitoring: Assist in tracking project expenses and monitoring budget utilization to ensure projects remain financially viable.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in project post-mortems and lessons-learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future projects.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in project coordination or related roles in the IT industry.
- MBA graduate from a reputable institution focusing on project management or related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Accountability: Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver results within established deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello is preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
- Location: Must be based in Mohali or willing to relocate.
