Key Responsibilities: Assist project managers create budgets, schedules, and plans for their projects. Monitor project development and make necessary schedule updates.
All project material, including contracts, modification orders, and minutes from meetings, should be kept in orderly records. Make sure every document is readily available and well filed.
Act as a point of contact for clients, other stakeholders, and project teams. Encourage efficient communication to guarantee that all parties are aware of the status and modifications of the project.
Organize the distribution of resources, such as labor, tools, and supplies. Make sure resources are available and effectively distributed to fulfill project requirements.
Plan and coordinate project meetings; create agendas and minutes; and record meetings. Make sure action items are finished by following up on them.
Assist in determining project hazards and creating plans for mitigating them. Keep an eye on risk variables and report the project manager regarding any problems.
Encourage quality control procedures to guarantee that all project deliverables adhere to the necessary guidelines and requirements.
Keep an eye on project spending and budgets. Assist in overseeing cost management initiatives and preparing periodic financial reports.
Throughout the course of the project, support the management of customer connections, answering client questions, and guaranteeing client satisfaction.
Make recommendations for and put into practice changes to workflows and project coordination processes to increase efficacy and efficiency.
A bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or a similar discipline.
Five years of project coordination experience in the prefabrication or construction sectors.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and familiarity with project management tools.
Knowledge of project management concepts, prefabrication methods, and building processes. knowledge of pertinent laws and guidelines.
