nnThe Role :

nAs a Project Control Specialist with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.

• Collaborate in the development and preparation of Project schedule in primavera, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
n
• Set up project in Ecosys budget module and deliverable module, forecast update monthly in Ecosys. Progress update in Ecosys deliverable module collaborating with discipline leads.
n
• Oversee and track project progress, implementing effective monitoring systems to ensure adherence to schedules and milestones.
n
• Preparation of weekly progress report, weekly budget report, monthly progress report and Worley WPR's. Present detailed reports and analyses on project advancements, highlighting achievements, obstacles, and potential solutions.
n
• Preparation of project cost reports and provide forecast analysis and trends of the project.
n
• Liaise effectively with multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaborative relationships, and ensuring alignment between planning, execution, and project objectives.
n

About You

nTo be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

n
• University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Typically, 5+ years relevant experience.
n
• Extensive experience in Oil & Gas, energy sector & Chemicals.
n
• Sound knowledge of Planning.
n
• A dedication to client satisfaction.
n
• Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
n
• You will be an enthusiastic team player, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
