Project Control Manager

Scope Of Work

• Manage and control schedule, cost, and document flow on the project.
• Provide leadership to the team of Planners, Cost Controllers and Document Controllers for Offshore projects.
• Provide direction to planners and cost controllers in developing, setting up, monitoring, and controlling integrated project schedules, plan costs and quantities, and smooth cash flow management.
• Provide direction to Document Controllers in developing, setting up, and managing Document Control process for the project.
• Preparation and update of Project Controls sections of the Project and managing/updating Project dashboards for monitoring the health of the project schedule, cost, and quality.
• Preparation of overall Planning package including Execution Plan, WBS, CBS,
• Progress measurement procedure and Reporting procedure
• Monitor and analyse progress to give early warning signals for delays. Also, suggest remedial actions for the same.
• Issue of consolidated Project Close out Report.

Key Result Areas

• Preparation of Integrated schedule within one month of Contract award.
• Submission of planning package as per Contract provisions.
• Document Management system to be up within one month of Award.
• Dashboard to be up in one month of Award.
• Reports to be issued as per schedule agreed with Client.
• Internal cost control report on Monthly basis.
• Project Close out report within 3 months of close out.
