Job Summary:
The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate project activities, ensuring quality work is delivered on time. This role requires effective communication with clients to understand their requirements and working with internal teams to execute tasks. Additionally, the Project Manager will handle the coordination of shooting schedules, including booking anchors and managing timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring objectives are met within scope, and time.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure quality standards are upheld and deadlines are met.
- Communicate with clients to gather detailed project requirements, ensuring all needs are understood and addressed.
- Pass client requirements to the internal team, ensuring clarity and timely execution.
- Oversee the coordination of shooting schedules, including managing details such as anchor selection, date, time, and the number of videos.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with internal teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide reports to management and clients as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, particularly in coordinating team activities and client communications.
- Strong organizational skills, with an emphasis on maintaining timelines and quality control.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively manage client expectations and internal teams.
- Experience in coordinating video production, including managing schedules and shooting requirements.
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Ability to work and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Preferred experience: 0 to 1 year in a digital marketing agency.
