Job Description:
As a Project Coordinator at S R Seating, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful installation of our auditorium chairs at various customer locations. You will work closely with our sales and manufacturing teams to coordinate and oversee the installation process from start to finish. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with both internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to gather project details, including chair specifications, delivery dates, and installation schedules.
Develop comprehensive installation plans and timelines for each project.
Logistics Management: Coordinate the delivery of auditorium chairs and related materials to customer sites.
Ensure the availability of necessary tools and equipment for installation teams.
Installation Supervision: Oversee installation teams, ensuring they adhere to safety guidelines and quality standards.
Troubleshoot any installation issues and provide on-site solutions as needed.
Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on project progress and address any concerns.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any installation-related inquiries.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project details, including chair configurations, installation expenses, and timelines.
Generate installation reports and provide updates to the management team.
Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections to ensure the installed chairs meet our quality standards and customer expectations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in project management is a plus.
Proven experience in project coordination or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to customer sites as required.
Salary: 25000-28000 Per Month.
