INDOSOL Solar Private Limited is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) of Shirdi Sai Electricals Limited (SSEL), who is a leading Indian conglomerate in Transformer manufacturing, headquartered in Hyderabad. Having qualified in PLI (Production Linked Incentive) scheme through MNRE, Government of India, Indosol Solar Private Limited is keenly materializing to set-up 10GW Integrated Solar PV manufacturing for the entire value chain (Polysilicon, ingot, wafer, cell & Module manufacturing). Out of the total project, 500 MW of module manufacturing plant is already operational.

Role Category: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Associate Manager
Role & responsibilities:
Position overview: You will be a part of Procurement team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and work closely with vendors to ensure the successful execution of projects aimed at improving efficiency, productivity, and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Above role would cover the below:
a) Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers and vendors for Civil contracts including PEB, General Civil Works, Roads, drawing etc.. Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers.
b) Review project schedule and coordinate with concerned stake-holders for timely issuance of Purchase Requisitions (PR) / technical specifications.
c) Drafting of project specific commercial terms & conditions (GCC & SCC) and incorporate suitable risk mitigation in the same based on client contracts
d) Review of PR and technical specification for completeness and correctness and take up with required teams for ensuring completeness and correctness of the specifications.
e) Review commercial terms and conditions and prepare the same specific to package
f) Prepare proposed bidder list for discussion with Category lead and issuance of RFx based on client approved vendor list (if any) and suitable bidder credentials/ experience.
g) Issuance of RFx to bidders.
h) Co-ordinate with concerned stake-holders for bid collection, technical clarifications till completion of technical evaluation of bidders.
i) Preparation of price benchmarks/ estimates
j) Ensure preparation followed by review of commercial comparison statement based on bids received
k) Commercial discussion/ negotiation with bidders for meeting required price targets, budgets, project delivery and other project and commercial requirements.
l) Prepare proposal for management approval for placement of LOI/PO.
m) Ensure timely preparation & release of LOI/ PO/ SO to supplier as per management approval and ensure timely acceptance of the same.
n) Circulate awarded Contracts to concerned stake holders for their further action.
o) Co-ordinate with supplier for submission of required bank guarantees (as applicable).
p) Processing and release of timely advance payments to suppliers.
q) Maintaining records of all documents like Purchase Indents, Enquiries, Quotations, Purchase Orders, Note for approvals etc.
r) Take feedback from required stake holders from execution team and evaluate bidders for future requirements and take required actions based on the performance feedback.
s) Preserve purchase data for future ordering references.
t) Develop supplier base for ongoing and future project requirements based on market research and feedback from business teams.
Knowledge & Skillset requirements
Experience: 7-12 years in Civil/ Structure/ Architecture procurement
Qualification : B.E/B.Tech (Civil)
