Job Description

Position Title: Project Management Assistant


Position Overview: We seek a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Management Assistant. In this role, you will support Primabiz Consultants & Trainers in delivering exceptional business consulting, mentoring, and training services to our clients. You will also contribute to B2B business development and sales efforts. This position requires a keen interest in understanding international markets, and global business trends, and effective communication skills to engage clients virtually and in person. Your responsibilities will include creating impactful content, assisting in training sessions, and supporting various backend tasks crucial to our consulting initiatives success.

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Market Intelligence and Business Development:

·       Stay updated on international market trends, business intelligence, and emerging industry insights.

·       Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate target markets.

·       Assist virtual and face-to-face meetings to foster client relationships and drive business development efforts.

2.    B2B Sales and Cold Calling:

·       Initiate and manage B2B sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales conversion.

·       Conduct cold calls and engage potential clients to introduce our consulting services and value proposition.

3.    Communication and Content Creation:

·       Exhibit excellent business communication and writing skills to convey ideas and proposals effectively.

·       Create compelling content, including presentations, reports, and proposals, tailored to client needs.

4.    Training Assistance and Coordination:

·       Assist during training sessions, workshops, and seminars by providing logistical support and ensuring smooth execution.

·       Collaborate with trainers and consultants to coordinate training materials and resources.

5.    Backend Support and Coordination:

·       Handle various backend tasks related to business development, client onboarding, and project management.

·       Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of consulting projects.

6.    Meeting Documentation and Support:

·       Prepare detailed minutes of meetings and action items discussed during client interactions.

·       Assist in organizing and facilitating meetings, ensuring that objectives are met and clients needs are addressed.

7.     Client Support and Relationship Management:

·       Act as a point of contact for clients to address inquiries and provide timely updates on project status.

·       Maintain and manage client databases and records to ensure up-to-date information and follow-up.

8.    Project Documentation and Reporting

·       Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.

·       Ensure accurate and timely documentation of project progress and milestones.

9.    Quality Assurance and Process Improvement

·       Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.

·       Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project management.

10. Risk Management

· Assist in identifying potential risks and issues related to projects and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies

11. Administrative Support

· Provide administrative support to project managers and senior consultants, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.

·  Assist in the preparation of invoices and tracking project budgets and expenses.

12. Technology and Tools Utilization

·   Utilize project management software and tools to track project progress and manage tasks.

·  Stay updated on new tools and technologies that can enhance project management efficiency and recommend their adoption.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management or related field (Master's degree preferred).

·   B2B business development and sales experience desired of minimum 1 Year.

  • Excellent business communication and writing skills, pleasing personality and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in content creation and presentation tools.
  • Willingness to travel pan India as required.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to manage backend tasks and support training activities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.
