Project Architect

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Comprehend and execute construction and interior fit-out processes and techniques.
• Create and interpret drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD and other design software.
• Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Conduct procurement analysis and manage project budgets.
• Supervise and monitor construction activities, ensuring quality control through detailed inspections and testing.
• Implement safety management practices on-site.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and familiarity with design tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in interior architecture and execution of interior fit-outs, including space planning and interior design.
