Project Architect

Mass N Void Design Consultants (APG) is a specialized infrastructure consulting services firm with projects PAN-India. MNV provides end-to-end, integrated infrastructure solutions across all major sectors, including urban and rural infrastructure, energy, industrial parks, transportation, and waste management.

The ideal candidate will oversee the project design and planning from Client's office located in Mumbai and coordinate with New Delhi HO.

Job Summary:

The project architect shall report to the Client's Engineering Team office on normal working hours on all working days, working day for this work shall mean all days on which the Client is working. The Architect should be competent and conversant with existing PESO rules, building rules, NHAI, IRC etc since there will be projects dealing with fuel stations and wayside amenities.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Proficient in computer-aided drafting (AutoCAD) software to create master plans, full-scale and detailed designs of buildings and interiors from an architect's rough drawings.
• Studies building codes and regulations and determines how they will affect architectural designs.
• Mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Great analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Organizes structural, electrical, and mechanical designs for submission to Client office.
• Working with design head office, coordinate in generating costs estimates, contracts, and other documents required for individual projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Client representative.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Extensive knowledge of CAD software and other architectural drafting tools.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Experience:

• B.Arch/Diploma in Architecture with at least 5 years of experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
