Job Description:
- The ideal candidate will manage office responsibilities along with weekly site visits to ensure project progress.
- Understanding and translate design concepts and drawings into tangible plans.
- Develop and plan infrastructure projects from initial concept to final execution.
- Lead the design and execution of projects, including master planning and conceptual design.
- Produce GFC (Good for Construction) and working drawings with precision.
- Stay updated with industry norms and design standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the execution team and other departments.
- Oversee and execute the design project, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Demonstrate expertise in preparing detailed working drawings & GFCs.
- Apply working knowledge to the design and detailing of industrial, commercial, and residential buildings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture with minimum 5 years related experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong technical expertise related to design and construction
