We are looking for Team Lead Architect
Work as Deputy to The Principal Designer.
Head the Architectural & Design Team of 10.
Handle Architectural & Interior Designing aspects of all the projects independently, under guidance of Principal Designer.
Handle Budgeting & BoQs of Sites, including Vendor Management.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities -
- Be the Deputy to the Head Designs.
- Preparation of BoQs & Estimates; preparing designs, complete interior / construction documents; write up building plans and organise presentation of materials.
- Help Principal Designer in Site Evaluation, Quality & Design checks, and controls, as also, assist in designing & sample collection.
- Site visits for checking with plans and Quality Control.
- Control manufacturing orders to meet time-lines.
- Plan, indent & release orders for materials.
- Coordinate with vendors for samples and meetings.
