Location - Gurgaon
Grade: Manager/Sr. Manager
Qualification: Regular B. Arch from top reputed colleges
Experience - 6-10 years experience in Architecture Consultancies
(Luxurious/Premium High rise Residential project exp is mandatory)
Job Description
Must have worked on Premium to Luxury High-rise Residential Projects in NCR and at
least have delivered 1- 2 project lifecycles
Well versed in National Building Code. Building byelaws of Haryana, RERA,
LEED/GRIHA etc
Experience on all stages of project ie. Approvals, Tender, Construction documentation
and Execution
Should have knowledge of checking Civil & Finishing BOQ's and assist teams in
preparing overall BOQ/ Budgets
Software Proficiency-Autocad, Photoshop, Sketch-up, MS office must.
BIM working knowledge will be a plus.
