Responsibilities:
1. Develop and articulate a strategic vision for ECCE (Early childhood care and education) programs, aligning with organizational goals and priorities.
2. Provide leadership and guidance to the ECCE team, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative work environment.
3. Lead the design and development of innovative and evidence-based ECCE programs.
4. Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness.
5. Manage the budget for ECCE programs, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet program goals.
6. Monitor expenses and financial performance, making recommendations for optimization.
7. Integrate new findings and technologies to enhance the quality and relevance of ECCE programs.
8. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, educational institutions, and community partners.
9. Represent the organization in public forums and advocate for the importance of ECCE.
10. Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of professionals dedicated to ECCE program success.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience with a master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or a related field.
Proven leadership experience in managing and developing comprehensive educational programs, preferably in ECCE.
Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with local and national regulations related to ECCE.
