What are we looking for
- Reporting into the Senior Manager of Programmatic, the candidate will work closely with the programmatic team based in the UK whilst being fully responsible for supporting our UK and US based accounts in driving programmatic growth within these markets.
- This means working GMT (UK)/EST (NY) time zones will be required and having flexibility to accommodate PST time zone when required.
- Day-to-day the candidate will work alongside programmatic and account planners to setup programmatic campaigns whilst providing insights, analysis, and optimisation suggestions to improve campaign performance continually working towards campaign KPIs.
- The candidate should expect to spend 80% of their time on campaign management and 20% contributing to campaign plans, client meetings/QBR material, insights of campaign health and growth potentials.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end programmatic operations including tracking setup, QA, DSP campaign setup and regular optimisations to achieve the client's KPI.
- Working with the FYND analytics team and account strategists providing weekly/monthly insights regarding the performance of campaign, audience trends, cohorts, packaging campaign reporting and insights in a client-friendly, digestible manner
- Own campaign management and optimisations including bid strategy changes, campaign trafficking, implementation, activation, and on-going optimisation.
- Being proactive and identifying significant trends and areas of opportunity for campaign growth by recommending tests and strategic directions.
- Keeping up to date with changes within the programmatic space and across technology being used internally and relay these updates in the programmatic team meetings.
- Liaise with programmatic partners to help troubleshoot issues, exchange ideas to help improve campaigns and access new features/betas.
- Support with programmatic elements of new business pitches, including insights, inventory avails and general trading strategies relevant for the KPI.
- A secondary responsibility will be training newly onboarded junior candidates to successfully run end-to-end programmatic campaigns and delegate campaign/operation roles.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in programmatic digital media, preferably with a media agency and with some level of performance marketing experience
- Proficiency with multiple DSPs. DV360, The Trade Desk, and any other mobile specific DSPs is a plus.
- Experience working towards measurable direct-response metrics is a plus.
- Experience managing campaigns driving towards app installs is a plus.
- Knowledge of audience, inventory, and publisher planning/management
- Experience of running brand based innovative campaigns which are complex and in multiple regions.
- Experience in running CTV and DOOH campaigns is a plus.
- Experience of running campaign in the EMEA and US markets is a plus.
- Technical knowledge of ad servers, tracking and, mobile measurement tools
- Ability to work autonomously and with team members in different locations.
- Working UK and or US time zone is a plus.
- Comfortable with excel and large data sets to make analytical/data-based decisions.
