Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Manager at Zouma located in Chandigarh. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning, implementation, and evaluation of multiple projects within the organization. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, and ensure successful project delivery. The Program Manager will also be responsible for stakeholder management, risk assessment, and reporting on project progress.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
