Implementation Coordination:
- Ensure implementation of planned virtual interventions in coordination with various stakeholders, IT and non-IT vendors, partners implementing virtual interventions, and government organizations including NACO, SACS, DAPCU/DISHA.
Strategy Development:
- Develop strategies for digital engagement with potential segments not addressed by current approaches. Engage high-risk groups and PLHIV individuals to explore social media app usage and trends, especially among adolescents and youth, to align virtual interventions under the National AIDS Control Program.
Team Supervision:
- Supervise the team of virtual navigators, identify training needs, coordinate with NACO, and ensure weekly and monthly reporting against targets and micro-planning.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical inputs to partners managing virtual interventions with support from other donors or resources.
Digital Outreach Coordination:
- Coordinate digital outreach and demand generation activities with NACO divisions, review client uptake performance, and provide specific inputs to the demand and outreach generation team.
Technical Resource Group Support:
- Support the National AIDS Control Program in setting up a Technical Resource Group for Digital HIV & AIDS Interventions and assist in developing standard operating processes for scaling up evidence-based interventions.
Strengthen Digital Interventions:
- Assess and enhance ongoing or planned digital interventions at site levels, contributing to project outcomes such as increased footfall and HIV case finding.
Community Engagement:
- Establish a community board for online populations by recognizing key influencers on online platforms.
Learning Labs Setup:
- Interact and coordinate with various community and expert groups to disseminate learnings and set up learning labs for different sub-groups of high-risk populations, addressing unmet SRH/HIV&AIDS needs.
Vendor Coordination:
- Coordinate with vendors and provide technical and IT inputs as required.
Capacity Building:
- Participate in capacity-building, consultation, and review meetings to provide inputs and feedback.
Staff Management:
- Manage staff, including incentives, trainings and motivation.
Vendor Management:
- Oversee vendor assignments, manage their deliverables, and ensure contract compliance with YRGCAREs contract management team.
Data Management:
- Oversee data dis-aggregation, compilation, analysis, and descriptive reporting.
Additional Duties:
- Coordinate with team members to undertake any other work assigned by the supervisor within the projects scope.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
Education:
- Master s Degree preferred. Degrees in technology with experience in the social health sector, especially HIV/AIDS, are preferred.
Experience:
- Experience leading digital interventions/service delivery and data management through online platforms.
- Experience in digital intervention management, including scoping, planning, managing, and assessing impact/outcomes, with an understanding of IT and HIV/AIDS.
- Adequate technical understanding of backend operations of online platforms for service delivery in Public Health/HIV&AIDS.
Skills:
- Analytical skills for preliminary data crunching and course corrections, preferably with knowledge of Google Analytics and data from social media and dating apps.
- Excellent written and oral communication, liaison, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to lead project activities independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20 days a month (travel and logistic support will be provided).
Languages:
- Knowledge of multiple local languages, in addition to English, is desired, with written and spoken proficiency in Hindi being mandatory.
