Job Description

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) is responsible for overseeing software development projects, ensuring successful delivery, and coordinating cross-functional teams. This role requires a solid technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and effective leadership abilities.

Project Management: Lead end-to-end software development projects, from planning to deployment.

Technical Expertise: Leverage your software engineering background to understand technical requirements, challenges, and solutions.

Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to align project goals.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success.

Budgeting and Metrics: Monitor project performance, track budgets, and measure key performance indicators.

Communication: Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Leadership: Coordinate large teams over extended periods, fostering collaboration and productivity

Qualifications

bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proficiency with project management software tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with software development methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Strong understanding of project/program management techniques.
Proven experience as a TPM or similar role.
