Program Manager

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and dive headfirst into execution As a Program Manager at Snooplay, you'll work closely with the founders and take ownership of multiple high-impact projects. This isn't just a planning role it's for someone who loves getting their hands dirty, and is excited about making things happen.

What You'll Do:

• You'll own projects end-to-end, from creating detailed plans to hands-on execution. You'll be the driving force ensuring every project is delivered on time and meets its goals.

• Work directly with the founders on strategic initiatives, turning big-picture ideas into concrete action steps. While planning is important, your main focus will be driving execution and making sure projects progress smoothly from start to finish.

• Work across teams, acting as the glue that holds projects together. Whether it's marketing, operations, or finance, you'll collaborate with different functions to keep everything moving smoothly.

• You won't wait for issues to arise. You'll spot potential problems early, come up with solutions, and act quickly to resolve them. You're resourceful and love thinking on your feet.

• Establish clear KPIs, track progress, and make data-driven decisions. You're someone who gets things done and isn't afraid to measure performance and iterate for better results.

• Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline internal processes. You'll always be looking for ways to make our processes smarter and faster.

Who You Are:

You have 1-3 years of experience in program management or generalist profiles ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.

You're comfortable getting your hands dirty, executing and solving problems in real-time.

You have strong organizational skills and can handle multiple projects without dropping the ball.

You thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment and can adapt quickly to changes.

You're data-driven and use metrics to make informed decisions and track progress.
