Join our Cloud Technology Group Strategy & Operations team!
The Transformation and Operations team is composed of leading professionals dedicated to driving innovation and transformation. You will drive broad changes in Culture, Agile Best Practices, Portfolio Management and PMO standards and practices. We develop and evolve these areas as well as drive and deliver key cross-organizational strategic programs.
Partner with the best
You will manage the definition of transformation programs and cross-functional teams in planning, implementation, development, and support. In addition, you will oversee culture initiatives and drive consistency and scalability in our Agile coaching practice.
As a Program Manager Senior Technical, you will be responsible for-
- Guiding the development of change management strategies to drive towards business objectives
- Serving as a point of contact for escalation with stakeholders and assisting in removal of blockers
- Monitoring the overall health of projects and program within your portfolio
- Negotiating program scope definition (and modification). Work with program sponsors to prepare for executive presentations
- Participating in internal projects that help scale the group, implement best practices, and improve methodologies
Do What You Love
To be successful in this role you will-
- Have a Bachelors degree in engineering or Business Administration and 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate exceptional ability in change management and transformation processes.
- Have professional experience as a Project Manager/Program Manager working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Have commendable technical knowledge on collaboration tools such as Jira and Aha.
- Manage the Jira-Aha integration processes and certification updates.
- Have significant experience in Agile processes and methodologies.
