Strategy Development and Execution:
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive the growth and success of OneClub.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with overall company objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and refine strategies to ensure alignment with market trends and user needs.
Business Metrics Ownership:
- Take ownership of key business metrics including revenue delivered, revenue booked, creator retention, and creators on boarded.
- Develop strategies and implement tactics to achieve and exceed business targets. Execution is the key.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Innovation and Problem Solving:
- Identify new monetization avenues and spearhead experimental projects to address 0-1 problems.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop and implement innovative solutions.
- Continuously iterate and optimize strategies based on feedback and performance data.
- Be comfortable with ambiguity, conduct root cause analyses for key business metrics.
Scalability:
- Develop a roadmap to scale OneClub tenfold within the next ten months.
- Focus on increasing the number of creators, brands, and agencies within the ecosystem.
- Implement scalable processes and systems to support rapid growth while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Partnership Development:
- Identify and explore potential partnerships to drive business growth and enhance the value proposition of OneClub.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships with external organizations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and mutual benefit.
Technology Implementation:
- Work closely with the technology team to identify and implement tech tools to increase efficiency across the organization.
- Evaluate existing tools and processes, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Train team members on new tools and processes, ensuring seamless adoption and integration.
Stakeholder management and communication:
- Communicate and advocate insights to relevant stakeholders to drive outcomes
- Frequent updates to leadership communicating business performance across different projects to facilitate discussions and track progress
- Coordinate with the respective stakeholders/cross-functional teams - e.g. Sales, Category management, finance, etc for monthly/weekly reviews
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree from Tier-1 colleges in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Program Manager, Founder s Office, Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR), or Chief of Staff at a fast-paced startup.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and build scalable processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in handling large datasets and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset, able to deeply understand customer needs and pain points.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL is a plus.
- Openness to learning new technologies and methodologies.
- Strong bias for action and creating impact
