Position Overview
The Program Manager will oversee the design and implementation of educational programs in collaboration with institutional / corporate partners and other stakeholders. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, solid project management skills, effective communication, and a focus on continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Design and finalize content, curriculum, assessments, and case studies in coordination with the academicians, industry experts & SMEs.
- LMS Management: Ensure readiness of the Learning Management System (LMS) by creating programs and batches, uploading pre-program content and assessments.
- Live Session Coordination: Host live sessions, track attendance, resolve student queries, collect feedback for improvements and upload session recordings.
- Assessment Management: Ensure that the assessments are uploaded on time, monitor submissions, schedule capstone milestones and provide timely feedback on projects in collaboration with faculty and SMEs.
- Community Engagement: Create forums in LMS and communication groups (WhatsApp/Slack) for academic discussions and networking opportunities.
- Issue Resolution: Implement a ticketing system for students to raise issues and ensure timely resolution of all tickets.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to pitch programs, manage enrollment processes and conduct early bird orientations.
- Feedback Gathering: Collect testimonials from early enrollees regarding the LMS and program content in collaboration with the sales & marketing team.
- Soft Skills Coordination: Work with the soft skill trainers and other stakeholders to finalize soft skills modules, mock interviews, mentorship programs and other placement readiness deliverables.
- Career Support Services: Schedule workshops for CV building and mock interviews; conduct placement drives leveraging job portals.
- Certification Issuance: Ensure timely issuance of certificates to students upon successful completion of the program.
- Alumni Network Development: Establish an alumni network to facilitate job sharing, mentorship opportunities, and foster goodwill for future cohorts.
- Post-Program Support: Continue offering placement support and mentorship for up to 6 months after program completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferably with an MBA
- 5+ years in Program Management and Operations, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven track record in leading teams / people management; ability to interact with a diverse set of learners and excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Customer handling experience within the education sector is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
