Program Manager
Work Experience & Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience (with experience managing a team)
- Has thrived in a fast-paced / startup environment
- Bachelor's Degree
- 12-16 LPA
Responsibilities:
- Owning & running a vertical (program/admissions/career); working closely with the Founders Office team to formulate & execute strategy
- Managing a team of Jr. and Sr. Associates to ensure outcomes align with strategic objectives
- Creating and managing robust processes, SOPs & trackers for smooth operational functions
- Coordinating with various departments to facilitate seamless execution of academic & career programs
- Building Mesa's network and forming robust partnerships with external partners, stakeholders & collaborators
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal communication especially customer-facing
- Strong muscle for working with data
- Ability to build & manage a team
- Strategic thinking paired with operational excellence
- High degree of ownership + accountability
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
