About the role:

Potterstech is actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our Geospatial team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge last mile and geospatial solutions. As part of our team, you will delve into the world of geospatial technology, focusing on map data delivery projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Goal Setting and Progress Monitoring: Define project goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) while continuously tracking progress against these targets.

Operations Support: Ensure successful delivery of map data to clients and customers as per the delivery cadence.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with stakeholders from Tech, Product, and Operations departments to oversee projects from inception to completion.

Communication: Provide regular updates on issues, operational status, and business insights during internal and external reviews.

Performance Metrics Development: Create performance metrics to drive business outcomes effectively.

Issue Resolution: Systematically escalate any operational issues to the relevant stakeholders and ensure timely resolution.

Innovative Thinking: Drive transformative ideas that revolutionize processes rather than just incremental improvements.

About the Team:

The Potterstech team is dedicated to creating top-tier maps for last-mile services, ride-hailing, logistics, and consumer applications that rely on maps as a core component. Our technology encompasses geocoding, address hierarchies, and focuses on enhancing routing efficiency and driver experience. We continuously improve map data through a combination of scalable data enhancement methods and addressing driver-reported issues. By understanding user pain points, we initiate programs to address these concerns, fostering a cycle of continuous improvement. Additionally, we collaborate with the Tech and Science teams to validate third-party datasets, identify system gaps, and accelerate development processes.

Qualifications for Remote Work:

3+ years of program or project management experience

3+ years of cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical teams

3+ years of experience in implementing process improvements using data and metrics

Bachelor's degree

Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and 2+ years of experience with QGIS/ArcGIS

Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project delivery and reporting to senior leadership

Strong problem-solving skills and experience in leading large, cross-functional projects

Familiarity with Six Sigma/Lean analyticaltechniques
