Partnership Management: Foster relationships with ISV partners, engaging in regular communication to align roadmaps, address technical challenges, and ensure consistent value delivery.
Solution Integration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ISV solutions with Business Central, providing expert guidance on technical best practices.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify new ISV partnership opportunities and ensure ongoing product relevance.
Product Roadmap Influence: Provide technical insights and recommendations to shape the Enavate Solutions product roadmap with the ISV partner focusing on customer needs.
Sales Enablement: Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during customer engagements, presenting the value proposition of ISV solutions within the Business Central ecosystem.
Documentation and Training: Build internal process for training and certifications by working with ISVs (Independent Software Vendors) to use existing training materials and resources from ISV partners, maintain internal skill matrix for proper coverage of solutions to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Team Leadership: Work as part of a cross-functional team of technical experts within delivery and sales leaders to foster a collaborative and innovative culture that encourages continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
Here is what it takes to be successful in the role:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
Proven experience (2 years) involving ISV solutions and product management within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ecosystem.
Strong technical background with an understanding of Business Central architecture, customization, and integration methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends, translating them into actionable product strategies.
Proficiency in project management, including planning, prioritization, and execution.
Analytical mindset with the capacity to gather and interpret data to inform decisions and measure success.
Strong relationship-building skills to foster productive partnerships with ISV vendors.
Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or related technologies are a plus.
