Job Description

Hiring for Program Manager - International Operations role for an Edtech.

Location - Gurgaon & Bangalore

US Shift - 4 PM to 1 AM (WFO), Cab Facility will be provided for one side.

Working Days - Monday to Saturday (6 days)

CTC - 8 LPA + yearly bonus (upto 90K)

Note: Experience - 1 to 7 years.

Requirements-

  1. Atleast 1 year of experience in similar profiles.
  2. Excellent communication , which can hold up US learners.
  3. Must have very good customer interaction skills.
  4. Must have coordinated on projects and managed stockholders.
  5. Prior experience in handling international clients/customers would be an advantage.

Job role-

This role sits in the Program Office which is a part of the international delivery operations team , and the team responsible for handling of end-to-end journey of the learners.

1. Be the first point of contact for participants for any queries, and provide necessary support for all the needs within the scope of program offerings, in a timely manner.

2. Drive all the Program Office responsibilities around scheduling & delivering program activities, including but not limited to, online sessions, webinars, evaluations, grading, presentations, etc. This will require engagement with a variety of internal and external stakeholders like senior managers, academicians, industry professionals.
