Job Description

Develop and maintain ServiceNow Centre of Excellence
4+ years of Hands-on experience on ServiceNow Architecture & Java Architecture.
8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer is mandatory.
4+ years of Hands-on experience on ServiceNow Flow Designer and Integrations.
Lead workshops to review and capture business requirements and convert them into technical requirements.
Experience leading technical implementation efforts in similar scope and size
Work closely with Business Analysts and Project Managers to develop the agreed solutions.
Design new practices and patterns will be an added advantage.
Should have Scrum master experience of 2 years.
Finalise deployment architecture and solution design.
Provide advice on alternative options, risks and the associated impact to the business and technical architecture.
Strong understanding of both Functional and Technical knowledge of ServiceNow
Working experience on creation of Custom workspace, custom service portal.
Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs is a must skill.
Experience administering a ServiceNow instance, workflows, business rules, Script includes, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs.
Working experience in Telecom domain.
