Qualification
08 10 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree (Technical Streams)
4+ years of Technical program management / scrum master experience.
Certified SAFe Scrum Master / Certified Scrum Master is plus.
Experience in financial services or fintech experience is desired.
Experience leading multiple Agile delivery teams and ability to drive meetings with diverse audience.
Experience with tools such as JIRA, working knowledge of program/project management software (MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of SaaS, CI/CD is added advantage.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize numerous tasks and to coordinate activities with a high sense of urgency.
Responsibilities
Own and drive process to plan, prioritize and deliver new products, features etc by working with multiple teams across product / engineering organisation.
Own the execution of release plan of the project / scrum teams and facilitate discussion within / outside Engineering for timely delivery against the roadmap.
Work with Engineering Managers / Program Managers to ensure dependencies are well-known, critical issues / risks are identified & resolved.
Drive accountability within the team related to product delivery lifecycle (modelling / development / reviews / testing) to ensure efficient and effective delivery of programs.
Champion the process improvement and guide the team on best practices to ensure teams adherence on process.
Monitor & Report team metrics around delivery and leverage best practices to improve team metrics.
Build, mentor and develop the required competence in the scrum team.
Skill Set (Functional / Technical)
Expertise in program management in a product delivery environment.
Excellent ability to understand architectural and technical aspects of product development.
Experience in release planning, capacity planning & resource allocation for projects.
Other Skills
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills for effective communication with multiple organizational levels.
