Job Description

  • 8 to 10 years of experience of End-to-end Recruitment in Technical hiring.
  • Stakeholder Management, should have excellent communication skills and should be able to present in the review meetings.
  • Should have an experience working on an ATS. Should be able to manage a team of 2-3 members.
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire), Dashboarding, maintaining trackers.
  • Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches) Good sourcing skills.
  • Should be able to guide the team on their targets, new sourcing methodologies, process , SLAs ensuring team meets the hiring targets.
  • Must have experience in hiring Skillsets like RPA A360 hiring, Dot net core, Automation testing , Agile, ETL, RPA support etc.
