The key role of the Program Manager (Grants) is to develop a framework, drive implementation, and deliver the results for the various Grants.
Key Accountabilities:
Grant Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee end-to-end processes from grant concept to evaluation.
- Ensure grant strategies align with organisational goals.
RFP Development and Management:
- Lead creation and posting of compelling RFPs.
- Collaborate on content to attract high-quality proposals.
Due Diligence and Risk Management:
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential grants.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for compliance.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate due diligence calls to assess proposal alignment.
Onboarding and Program implementation:
- Lead onboarding of successful grantees.
- Collaborate to monitor and support grant-funded projects..
Key qualifications and experiences
- Education : Graduation in any relevant field.
- Prior Experience : 3 - 4 Years in the development sector, pref. 1yr in a leadership role.
- Other Requirements : Undiluted passion for the development sector.
- Language Proficiency : English, Hindi, Marathi
