Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in program/project management, business operations, or supply chain/operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience manipulating data sets with Tableau, various scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python), or spreadsheet software.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic, ambiguous environment across levels.
- Excellent customer service and people management skills, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical management teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Passion for automation and process improvements.

As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You will manage cross-functional projects in resource planning and delivery in computing infrastructures. As a Fleet Actions Program Manager within the Global Infrastructure Group (GIG) you will work with Google's Product Areas, and be accountable for the order life-cycle, culminating in on-time delivery of capacity resources. You will plan requirements with internal customers and support projects through the project life-cycle.

Responsibilities
- Develop deployment plans and fulfillment strategies in partnership with Product Areas and the supply chain team.
- Communicate health, status and actions to stakeholders including Product Areas, CSCO Leadership, and partner organizations.
- Collaborate across organizational levels and boundaries to improve efficiency, cycle times, reliability, predictability, and on-time delivery.
- Oversee and ensure execution and on-time delivery of plans and strategies, and troubleshoot issues, identify risk areas, and develop mitigation strategies.
