Program Manager-DevOps

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of DevOps programs and projects.
• Collaborate with product, development and security teams to define and implement DevOps best practices.
• Ensure the continuous improvement and optimization of our CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and deployment processes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Drive the adoption of automation tools and practices to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Implement and enforce security and compliance standards throughout the DevOps lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• Overall 8-10 years of experience in DevOps.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in a DevOps environment.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, practices, and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
