Program Manager/Delivery Manager. [BFSI domain / Technical]

Delivery/Program Manager will be responsible for:
Leading a large team developing a broad mix of server side, UI, Business logic & database technologies.
Drive Team to achieve process and service level agreements / metrics viz. productivity and
Quality target within the established timeliness.
Providing mentorship and leadership to team members, including directing and assigning
work, communicating team goals and identifying areas for new trainings, skills and improvement areas.
Mentor and guide software engineering teams of best practices around system/solution architecture and technical design.
Reviewing technical solutions (including code reviews) and challenge the status quo within the development team.
Driving the estimation process and establishing an estimation model.
Communicate concerns and handle hurdles of team members for smooth execution of
projects. Address issues proactively, prepare and implement solution.
Designing Career streams.
Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance,
mission-related objectives, and deadlines
Hands-on experience with one or more of the modern programming languages related to Java Technology.
Deliver high level technical design documents.
Excellent client communication experience.
