Program Manager to lead and oversee our critical projects. As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful program execution, efficient resource allocation, and effective communication across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities- Program Leadership:
- Manage end-to-end program lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
- Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps and timelines.
- AGILE Methodologies:
- Champion AGILE practices within the organization.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to ensure smooth execution.
- Planning, Tracking, and Reporting:
- Create detailed project plans, including milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Change Requests and Governance:
- Evaluate change requests and assess their impact on program objectives.
- Lead change management efforts, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Organize and facilitate governance meetings to review program health.
- Project Profitability:
- Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, and costs.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure project profitability.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Provide timely updates on program status, risks, and achievements.
- Foster strong relationships to drive successful outcomes.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Certifications: Preferable to have PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of program management experience.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs.
- Strong understanding of AGILE methodologies.
- Skills:
- Should have good technical knowledge and understanding, Must have worked as a programmer in career
- Experience in managing projects/programs in Energy/Utilities/Manufacturing/Mining
- Experience in managing Java/Angular projects/Data Warehousing projects
- IoT experience on any cloud is preferrable
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
