Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager cum System Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management and system architecture, particularly in large-scale projects related to e-learning platforms, web-based systems, and mobile applications. This role requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive project success and ensure optimal system design.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Education: Full-time MCA/B.Tech from a reputed institute.
- Total Experience: At least 10 years in the IT domain.
- Program Management Experience: A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in program management and system architecture, with at least 3 years dedicated to large-scale projects involving e-learning platforms, web-based systems, and mobile applications.
- Technical Skills:
- Solid foundation in middleware, messaging queues, caching systems, and distributed computing paradigms.
- Practical know-how in deploying microservices, containers, and container orchestration platforms.
- Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, React, Angular, Node.js, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, and RESTful API design is desirable.
- Certifications: Possession of industry-standard certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solution Architect Expert, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Lead and manage large-scale projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust system architectures for e-learning platforms, web-based systems, and mobile applications. Ensure systems are scalable, efficient, and meet business requirements.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize a solid foundation in middleware, messaging queues, caching systems, and distributed computing paradigms. Oversee the deployment of microservices, containers, and container orchestration platforms.
- Technology Familiarity: Leverage familiarity with technologies such as Python, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, React, Angular, Node.js, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, and RESTful API design to guide development efforts.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and technical architecture decisions.
- Industry Standards: Ensure adherence to industry best practices and standards in system architecture and project management.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges effectively.
