Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, self-driven leader towards the position of the Manager/Senior Manager CSR, to support our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. This role combines CSR project coordination and execution, as well as providing executive support to the Head of CSR.
The person will play a critical role in planning, organizing, and overseeing CSR activities, and will also manage administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the CSR department.
Key Responsibilities:
1.CSR Program Coordination & Execution:
- Project Management: Assist in planning, developing, implement, and monitor CSR programs and projects in line with the company's CSR strategy, including health camps, community outreach, awareness programs, and other initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Management: Assist the CSR Head in developing and maintaining relationships with community organizations, NGOs, and key stakeholders to effectively support CSR objectives.
- Event Coordination: Support with planning and executing CSR events and activities, including scheduling, logistics, communication, and on-the-ground coordination.
- Reporting & Documentation: Support the documentation and preparation of program and grant proposals. Monitor project progress, collect data, and compile detailed reports on CSR initiatives for both internal and external stakeholders, highlighting impact and outcomes.
- Strategic Support & Analysis:
- Assist in engaging internal and external team at Medanta through regular communications and required capacity building and work co-ordination.
- Work with CSR stakeholder to develop and refine metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of CSR initiatives.
- Undertake other responsibilities, as needed
2.Administrative Assistance:
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, appointments, and events.
- Draft proposals, emails, letters, presentations, and other documentation, as required
- Monitor and maintain budgets for CSR activities; assist with expense tracking and invoice processing.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent from a Tier-I institute.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience preferably in a healthcare or large corporate setting.
Skills Required :
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability in managing large projects, project design, budget management and experience in concept note/proposal development
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Analytical Abilities: Basic budgeting skills, data tracking, and impact analysis capabilities.
