We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead configuration management activities across various programs. The role entails creating and maintaining bill of materials (BOM), developing change management frameworks, and configuring complex BOMs for engineering, manufacturing, service, and deployment purposes. The ideal candidate will be adept at utilizing Siemens Team center, experienced with NX modeling software, and proficient in implementing project management tools like JIRA and Zoho Projects. Familiarity with Agile and waterfall methodologies is essential for effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creation and maintenance of bill of materials (BOM) for multiple programs.
Lead and mentor a team of program managers and contractors on configuration management and project management tools
Develop and implement change management processes/frameworks to ensure effective control and documentation of changes.
Configure complex BOMs to meet the requirements of engineering, manufacturing, service, and deployment functions.
Utilize Siemens Team center for BOM management and revision control.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and project management to implement process changes and improvements.
Engage extensively with stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on configuration management strategies.
Implement and optimize project management tools such as JIRA and Zoho Projects to streamline program execution.
Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Provide leadership in identifying and mitigating risks associated with configuration management.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (5 years) in configuration management with a specialization in program management.
Strong proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter application for BOM management and NX modeling software.
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Zoho Projects.
Familiarity with Agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage direct reports.
Diligent in stakeholder engagement, capable of gathering requirements and feedback to drive process improvements.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, etc).
Experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry
