Rapido Cabs made its debut on May 2023, marking the commencement of its services in eight cities.
Notably, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Delhi stand out as the primary cities for this initial launch. However,the ambitious plan includes an extensive expansion to encompass over 50 cities in the coming 12 months.

Role and Responsibilities:
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to understand business imperatives,
product/operations, map business processes, identify opportunity areas, and carve out
solutions- Drive Key Strategic initiatives for the organization with focus on growth, profitability
and outcomes.
Identify new medium / long term strategic areas for growth or monetization levers for the
organization..Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and industry
trends evaluation to identify opportunities and risks.
Work closely with Marketplace owners to document use cases- Apply innovative ideas and
intelligent delivery approaches to scale user growth and drive product roadmap
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish strategic priorities and create action
plans.
Act as a thought partner in the prioritization and selection of business imperatives. This
includes carrying out cost-benefit evaluation, evaluation of tools and platforms mapped to
scope of activities identified- Responsible for solution implementation at an enterprise scale.
Contribute in building roadmap and develop work breakdown structure for the automation
deliverables.
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of business
process improvement & alignment strategy
Develop and execute an efficient internal communication strategy for ensuring communication
with all levels of management within the team-
Perform market and competitor research to understand industry trends and latest technology
trends to define an optimal solution with differentiation.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience across operations / program management / strategy and growth hacking
projects (MBA preferred)
Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, or management consulting roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into
actionable strategies.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities to effectively oversee multiple
initiatives.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate complex concepts and influence
stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinking and the ability to anticipate industry trends and identify opportunities. Strong
leadership skills with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
High level of integrity and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with relevant tools and software.
