About the Team :
The Central Planning team at Battery Smart works closely with several business verticals to solve complex business problems that helps the company run the business efficiently and effectively. The team focuses on defining leadership goals and the mission to various stakeholders through structured definition of KPI's and target setting.
What you will do :
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to understand the company's strategic growth objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive program strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Translate strategies into actionable programs with clearly defined timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Manage program resources (people, budget, technology) to ensure efficient and effective execution.
- Oversee program operations and identify and mitigate potential risks or roadblocks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product development) to ensure program alignment and success.
- Track and analyze program performance using key metrics (KPIs) to measure progress towards goals.
- Generate insightful reports to communicate program results and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Continuously improve program effectiveness by identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
- Coordinate with HOD's around Demand, Expansion, Operations and Product to measure the impacted efficiency of new products and business processes
- Build, and maintain detailed models/dashboards for city-level, regional, and national reporting
- Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes to keep support teams as efficient as possible
- Drive periodic cadences with relevant X-fn team members to ensure projects are being executed at a fast pace without compromising on the quality of delivery.
What you will need
- 5+ years of experience in Consulting, Marketing, Business Strategy, Product, Operations or similar functions with a proven track record in using data to drive decision making ` IIT& IIM Mandatory qualification
- Strong program management and stakeholder management experience
- Creative problem solver, with an anything is possible attitude; develops new frameworks for business problems where no standards exist today and engages other experts for feedback and integrates it effectively
- Data-driven judgement and decision mentality through excellent analytical thinking
- Able to develop highly actionable solutions for complex problems and drive implementation
- Strong communication skills to share information formally or informally with key stakeholders
- Comfortable leading projects, such as the rollout of large initiatives across the region which require cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Product, Marketing, Legal and Tax
- SQL knowledge preferred (and if not, must possess the ability to learn quickly as it will quickly form part of your day-to-day activity.
