Job Overview

We seek a highly skilled and proactive Program Manager to work directly with the founding team on key initiatives in our 0 to 1 journey.

Qualifications & Expectations :

• Top tier academic institutions of India ( IIT / NIT )+ batch of 2020, 2021, 2022.
• First principle-based problem-solving skills.
• Execution drive that screams get stuff done.
• Folks who love to build things from scratch.
• Prior experience in operations teams at companies like OYO, Udaan, Zomato, Swiggy, Lenskart, Ola, Uber, etc.,would be a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work with the founding team on go-to-market (GTM) strategy, managing customer & supplier accounts, driving sales and marketing efforts, etc
