Qualifications & Experience

• Must possess 3-4 years of experience as a part of a renewable energy company.
• Bachelor/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from a premier Indian university preferred.
• Experience in business development, sales, market analysis, strategy, and program management.
• Solar project experience necessary.
• Strong analytical and MS-Office skills.
• Ability to communicate well in English (written/spoken).
• Team player, process oriented, self-driven and enterprising.
• Start-up experience and entrepreneurial mindset preferred.

Role Requirements

• Responsible to own and drive programs by working closely with the development, engineering, operations, and other cross-functional teams.
• Ensure effective stakeholder management with open communication across businesses/ stakeholders.
• Develop schedules, identify critical paths, bottlenecks and maintain execution throughout the duration of programs.
• Supporting the senior leadership in sales and relationship/opportunity management for development and engineering services.
• Responsible for overall planning of program and periodic presentation to program/team leadership.
• Demonstrate and execute project goals with satisfying quality, performance, schedule and budget in a global setup.
• File management and project diligence room support
• Preliminary design and proposal generation where appropriate
• Review monthly performance reporting from third party monitoring provider
