Role -API Program Management Role (for R&D Business)
Level - Deputy Mgr / Associate Mgr / Manager level:-
- Should be in Pharma industry preferably in API project/program management
Responsibilities:
- Ensure project/program GOALs/targets are achieved in desired time
- Should be able to complete the project within the constraints of project triangle.
- Should be able to interact and get all the cross functional team members together and come to common consensus as per the project requirements to achieve the project deliverables.
- To ensure project timelines in line with the business objectives (Cost, Time, Quality).
- Collaborate with various stake holders like R&D/Regulatory/ Clinical/IPR/Analytical R&D/ Ops/ Quality/ SCM) to execute the project activities in line with the plan.
- To be aware of cGMP guidelines, SOPs & relevant guidelines
- Should have knowledge of different concepts of project management and the tools of project management to monitor the project effectively.
- Should be able to generate regular MIS report as per the agreed frequency
- Should have knowledge of QA and regulatory requirements of pharma industry.
Required Education/Exp :
- Experience Req.: 7 yrs. - 14 yrs. of experience in program management
- Qualification: - M.Sc. / M.Pharma /PGDM
Personal Attributes required:
- Exp with PMP Certification would preferred.
- Should be energetic, possess good communication skill (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking s
- Should be computer literate having good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, SAP.
- Should have working knowledge of MS project and Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Should be a team player, can be contribute individually.
