We are seeking Program Manager to join the OHAI team, someone who is enthusiastic about developing products in the Oracle Health domain.
This role requires navigating a dynamic field with numerous uncertainties and rapidly integrating into a fast-paced team with various stakeholders. In this highly visible position, you will be responsible for managing the execution of Oracle Health & Financial Data Exchange projects, which often involve multiple Oracle Health products. You'll collaborate with a wide range of partners, including senior executives, architects, product managers, development and design teams, and external partners. Your role will be to transform ideas into fully developed products and deliver them to some of the most demanding customers. The ideal candidate will start with the customer in mind, thrive on tackling complex and often ambiguous challenges in a collaborative and agile setting, and demonstrate a keen interest in creativity and innovative solutions. You should be capable of leading discussions with Operations, engineers, and product managers, influencing partners to achieve optimal results, and showing empathy towards both customers and engineering teams.

- Foster effective teamwork, communication, and collaboration across Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Support, and other key stakeholders within Oracle Health & Financial Data Exchange teams
- Define and manage complex programs with competing priorities by influencing the roadmaps and priorities of essential partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain the roadmap, set realistic expectations, and ensure that our products and services uphold high operational excellence standards.
- Oversee the execution and timely delivery of features for both users and developers, ensuring they meet scope requirements.
- Maintain high standards and consistency in the Oracle customer experience.
- Recommend process improvements and act as the primary point of contact for any issues or questions related to the program.
- Ensure that necessary resources are allocated to support specific programs.
- Provide ongoing written and verbal updates on release status to senior leadership.
- Adapt flexibly and resiliently to changing or ambiguous situations, advising on necessary adjustments through proper review and approval processes.
