1. Initiate and set goals for IT programs according to the strategic objectives of the organization.
2. Plan the programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones, and implementation.
3. Review and seek approval on all strategic technology projects.
4. Developing, implementing, and evaluating IT projects in line with organizational objectives.
5. Liaising with other departments to determine and address their IT needs and requirements.
6. Supervise all IT program and project managers involved in IT initiatives and provide feedback to the Museum Director.
7. Overseeing all IT operations infrastructure.
8. Managing and supervising employees in the IT department (Direct reports)
9. Provide weekly feedback to the Director Museum on progress and issues.
10. Ensure technology program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.
11. Ensuring the maintenance of current projects and technology systems.
12. Identifying vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement.
13. Proposing strategic solutions and recommending new systems and software.
14. Building and maintaining relationships with external advisors and partners
15. Ensuring reported issues are resolved in a timely manner.
16. Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements.

Pay: 1,500,000.00 - 2,000,000.00 per year
