Responsibilities
Job Summary
- Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits within the Vendor Management System (VMS) to ensure compliance with client requirements and internal standards.
- Requirement Management: Oversee the documentation and validation of client requirements, supporting efficient staffing processes and ensuring alignment with program goals.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Implement QA procedures and perform audits to identify and correct discrepancies in staffing processes, both written and verbal.
- Staff Augmentation: Coordinate worker profile management, including assignments, extensions, and terminations, in line with client demands.
- Handling Workload Spikes: Act as a support resource for junior specialists during high-volume periods, ensuring timely task completion and program continuity.
- Work Order Management: Manage updates to work orders, including extensions, terminations, and other changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance within the VMS system.
- Program Oversight: Monitor the progress and performance of the MSP program, tracking key metrics such as resource utilization and task completion.
- Communication: Maintain open communication channels with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure program alignment and timely resolution of issues.
- SOW Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to transition staffing assignments into Statement of Work (SOW) agreements, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
- Program Growth: Identify opportunities for program improvement and contribute to the development of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing program performance.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience in MSP coordination within the staffing or workforce solutions industry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with VMS platforms such as VNDLY is a plus.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- High level of adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a dynamic work environment.
