Seeking a Program Coordinator to engage and inspire students for enrolment in Courses/Program. Responsibilities include enrolment of candidates, organising events, and promoting opportunities. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential. Previous experience in student outreach or skilling industry NSDC, PMKVY preferred.
Responsibilities
- Engage with key stakeholders , including community leaders, organisations, local businesses and commoners.
- Organise and facilitate community meetings, workshops and events to raise awareness about courses offered.
- Develop outreach program strategies and materials to effectively communicate and counsel candidates on opportunity and benefits of the courses.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts, adjusting strategies needed to maximise enrolment and participation ensuring project milestones are met.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, participant interactions, and feedback received.
- Provide regular updates and reports to supervisors on outreach progress and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Preferably seeking graduates from diverse backgrounds, with a preference for those in social work or sales.
- Candidates with experience in PMKVY skilling industry are preferred.
- Candidates with experience in NSDC skilling industry are preferred.
