Provide technical back-stopping to the program / IPs.
Be responsible for effective and efficient projects implementation as per goals and targets.
Work closely with relevant line departments and partners.
Seek formal and informal technical expertise from the thematic sections and arranging support to specific projects as appropriate.
Support program in supportive supervision of implementors.
Support in preparation of high-quality donor and other periodic narrative reports as and when required.
Ensure proper project documentation and support initiatives for program visibility and other requirements.
Assist in development and rolling-out of advocacy strategy.
Foster relationships with other departments, partners, stakeholders, and communities.
Facilitate communication among team members, partners, and stakeholders.
Ensure stakeholder engagement and participation.
Facilitate the recruitment of project staff when desired in accordance with HR policies and procedures.
Assist in program design, proposal writing, and budgeting as per donor requirements.
Conduct needs assessments and research for quality assurance in program development and implementation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify program priorities.
Help develop an atmosphere that induces open communication and maximizes skills/experience sharing among the team members.
Coordinate and support the development of malaria research studies as per the approved work plan.
Carry out any other program related task assigned by the supervisor.
