Mid- SAP BASIS Consultant / Basis Solution Architect (5-7 years of experience) Primary skills: SAP Version Upgrade. SAP EHP Upgrade. Unicode conversion. S/4HANA Migration experience. Experience on HANA Operations. OS & DB Migration experience. Secondary skills: Solution manager 7. 2 upgrade and installations any DB. End to End Implementation experience. 1) Offer Third-Level Support /Troubleshooting ( resolving incidents and executing change/service requests which are not part of the normal operations) 2) Provisioning system landscapes, install applications, and perform upgrades & OS/DB migrations 3) Expert knowledge of Basis/NetWeaver, Any OS (Linux/Windows), Any DB(preferably ASE, Oracle, MaxDB) 4) Good knowledge in dual stack AS-A&J based systems 5) Act as a SAP Basis Support administrator for ABAP and JAVA stack for critical customer issues. 6) Ability to troubleshoot issues related to SAP Basis, JAVA and SQL/Oracle Database. 7) Perform Root cause analysis for critical incidents and drive escalations calls with the customer 8) Perform Kernel, Support Packs and Enhancement Package Upgrades 9) Perform Installation of languages, support packages and add-ons (ABAP and JAVA). 10) Perform SAP Note Implementation. 11) Perform SAP Java Patching, Deployment of SDA/SCAs [SDM, JSPM and SUM] 12) Perform Upgrade of SAP releases/versions to agreed release version in alignment with customer. 13) Ensure correct resources available and operating effectively within each project team. 14) Knowledge on new technologies, cloud will be added advantage. Expected experience level/Work experience: 1) 5-7 years of Experience as a SAP Technical Consultant 2) Strong Technical Expertise in SAP Installations , Upgrades & migrations and Problem solving expertise with technical focus 3) Very good understanding of complex architectures and maintenance activities 4) Knowledge of Solution Manager 7. 2 will be added advantage.
