Job Description

  • Community mobilization and stakeholders engagement in projects operations area
  • Conduct preliminary site assessments, baseline data collections and on field with stakeholders across the Orissa
  • Provide technical support regarding the technologies, project commissioning and train stakeholders on the use of deployed technologies
  • Provide support in the implementation, and monitoring of the project
  • Coordinate with FPOs and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of projects
  • Monitor project activities and report on status, challenges, and outcomes
  • Making project documents such as proposals, case-studies reports, etc
  • Assist with machine commissioning
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree or diploma in engineering, agriculture, rural development or related field with 0 to 3 years of experience
  • Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in Odia, English, and Hindi
  • Willingness to travel and work in rural areas
  • Experience in working with FPOs or similar organizations is a plus
